• Device – Any phone, tablet, wearable, tag or other item on which a Wiley Fox QR code or identifier is displayed.
• Finder – Any person who scans or otherwise accesses a QR code or link generated by the Service.

• 2.1 You must be at least 16 years old (or have verifiable parental consent) and legally capable of entering Contracts.
• 2.2 You warrant that all Account information is truthful and kept up to date.
• 2.3 You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials; we are not liable for unauthorised access.

• 3.1 The Service generates unique QR codes and web pages to:
• a. help reunite lost property, pets or persons with their owner/guardian; and
• b. display user-provided medical or allergy information in emergencies.
• 3.2. The Service is informational only; it is not a certified medical-alert device, locator beacon, child-tracking system or safety guarantee.

• Obtain necessary consents for others’ data (e.g., children).
• Keep medical data accurate and up to date.
• Comply with data-protection and legal standards.
• Do not upload misleading, offensive or unlawful content.

• No reverse engineering or interference.
• No high-risk use (e.g., safety-critical applications).
• No viruses, scraping, or spam.

• Public networks used; uptime not guaranteed.
• Delays may occur due to device or network issues.

All designs, software, and trademarks remain our property. You may only use the Service as licensed.

Use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. You grant us the right to process your Content solely for service delivery.

Basic services are free. Premium features may be charged. Prices are non-refundable unless stated.

We may link to third-party platforms but don’t endorse them or take responsibility for their content.

• The Service is provided "AS IS".
• No guarantee that lost items or persons will be found.
• No medical advice is given through this Service.

Our total liability is limited to £100 or the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

You agree to defend and indemnify us from any claims related to your misuse of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for misuse or breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
